I do not get the placement of the TV. You need to sit in an uncomfortable manner to watch it – with head tilted all the way back. I have seen this in several tiny houses and still do not understand this kind of placement. Though I do like the house design.
Am I the only one confused by the placement of the ladder and the fact that it’s being used for shelves? You would have to move everything off of them every time you wanted to use them. It does appear that maybe they’re able to slide out on the black rod, so they’d be out from the end of the couch; if not, then I wouldn’t like having to step on my couch every night. I do like the width of the ladder, though. It also appears that there’s very little head clearance in the loft, even less than most tiny houses (and that’s saying a lot). Other than that, I think it has good use of space for such a tiny place.

The TV looks to be attached to a moveable mount. I believe it can swivel horizontally. The photo is where the TV would be when unused.
The TV is on a movable arm.
Is there a shower or a toilet in this tiny at least a toilet? otherwise it has everything a person needs to survive.

The photos in the linked website show the layout of this tiny house much more clearly than the ones featured here, it seems to me.
