Now this could feel like home in no time! What a unique design. Great geometry and use of natural materials. Rich colors and at the same time spacious and airy. The only thing I would swap out would be the heater. It looks so big and out of place. If it would be adequate I would go with a Dickinson-type unit. This isn’t meant as a harsh criticism, but rather a thought that would allow the beauty of this place to be unfettered.

Love the little couch cut out area!!! Lots of great books for reading in that little nook.

I absolutely LOVE this! Amazing craftsmanship, gentlemen, and you’ve made it look and “feel” like a real home, even as seen through the monitor of a computer.

One thing I’m wondering about, though; is there a separate shower across from the toilet area, or is that blue basin actually a small tub/shower? I can’t tell from the two photos just how that works.

I keep coming back to the saved post, daydreaming over and over that this is mine, and just how I’d place my personal things in it. Lovely, marvelous, warm and inviting; what a real home should be, right from the “get go.”

I love everything about this except for the bathroom “tub/shower.” Otherwise, it’s beautiful! I especially like the use of some “real” furniture pieces instead of everything being a built-in, although that built-in bed/reading nook is super cute!
