I would like to share our second Backyard Bunkie that we call “Bitty”. It is a 360 square foot tiny home with all the luxuries of large living. It sits on top of a hill with amazing views of the Appalachian Mountains (about 45 minutes from Asheville). It has a full sized bathroom, with walk in shower and washer & dryer. A full sized kitchen with refrigerator, sink, cooktop, toaster oven and microwave. The living room has a loveseat and eat-in/desk area with 39″ TV. There is a separate bedroom with built in closets and a queen bed. Last but not least is a screened in porch overlooking the mountains.

A 360 square feet guest home in Marion, North Carolina. More info. Backyard Bunkie.

That would do me for a house to live in, especially with that screened in porch.

I love this. It would be pretty much perfect for a senior couple. I agree with Alice, the screened in porch takes it from perfect to sublime.

Nice concept and gr8 porch too. But I’m soooo “over” dingy, dreary gray everything.

Nice. This would make a swell live-in for a single or a coupdone. The kitchen / living room is spacious. Well done.

very nice. all except the tiny teensy shower. I have to be able to raise my arms to wash my hair.

Like this small home, nicely laid out. I also like the screened in porch. I could easily live in this home.
