I visited Nathan’s blog and couldn’t tell if this house is located on his family’s property or not; it appears that it is. Sounds like a fantastic family to hail from: everyone from Emma, the dog, to Grandma, were involved in this project.
Well thought out; homey and comfortable. LOVE the expanded loft idea and also the long handle on the ladder going to the loft. At first glance, in the first photo, it looked as if the house had been painted a wonderful shade of Persimmon. Alas, it is not, but it’s stained cedar. (I’m keen on painted homes).
I love to finally see a wonderfully lived in tiny house! The layout is great, super functional and comfy for everyone it seems! Thanks for sharing it with us!

All in all, Nathan’s Dream Home. Well done, Mate!

Why do people submit pictures of their mess?? It may be a nice place if one could see beyond the clutter and mess – clean it up!
The loft layout is backwards. The bed would be better suited under the open domers and not the cramped A frame.
