I like all the stair variations people come up with now but the problem with steps with higher risers is they’re also hard to navigate with bad knees. Some of us don’t have a lot of the lift or bending required. I like the bench/bed on the main floor and general look and layout.
I like how the main floor offers a place to rest. Good looking home.
I guess my idea of “top quality” is different from this. Looks too rugged, no cabinets in the kitchen…
