    I like that this model has more living space than kitchen space. I’ve always thought the biggest areas should be where you spend the most time.

    Very nice.Well done. One question? Roof overhang. surely its over the limits for MOT.I know mine is,and have to acquire transport permit when being moved.Regards Weezza Commin TH,sBC.

      The limit here is 8’6″ width and 13′ height. It may be close but if it is oversize, an over-size permit can be easily obtained to move it.

    I love it when the loft has lots of windows that you can actually look out of when you are in bed. This is a great design! The only thing I would change is the fan above the stove. I would prefer a hood but still…. whenever someone puts an under mount sink in the kitchen, it’s a win for me!
