Nice tiny home! This is one of the better ones that I’ve seen. I want one!!

I feel the refrigerator is in a bad place and could get damaged with the front door swinging into it. I can see kids running into the house and leaving a nice ding in it without question, no?

A mirror instead of a window would have been more functional over the bathroom sink. The washer next to the oven is kinda awkward looking.

I am a homeowner in a rural little town in upstate south Carolina. I would be very interested in these little houses as I have a child and an older parent who would definitely benefit from living close to me but not directly in the same house with me as we have a difference in opinions and I am newly remarried and would simply just like my own personal privacy. I only live about 3 hours from their facility I may go take a little visit and see what they have to offer…. I think the 25,000 range is not to bad. I certainly wouldn’t want to invest the price that a small home would cost on it’s own site. I have a son who is starting college wanting his own independence yet still needs the general cover of his parents as he continues to mature into an adult. This would be perfect as I have a little land in addition to the land that my home sits on.

Is it livable with snow storms in winter? The north can get up to three feet of snow in one storm so would water get into this home? Love it but not sure if it’s a safe home for northern snow storms
