  1. Everything looks well done, neat as a pin! The livingroom is the standout. But I dont see any closet space and for 73k it should include a washer/dryer and one or two more luxury/customized features

  2. Lovely but what really surprises me, considering the level of craftmanship, is that the sharp corners of the couch end tables and countertops were not rounded off with a router. In a tiny house, that seems essential to me.

  3. This is a beautiful tiny home! It looks so inviting and functional as well. Love all your little decorative touches…as well as the big ones. It really feels like a home…not just a place to stay. The wood you’ve used is wonderful! Very well done!

  4. this is such a perfect setup to live in.I love it.great photographing it too so that we can get ideas on how to add strorage and decorate it as well as you did.I would like to know the name of your tiny love seat it fits perfectly where its at.would you be able to write down on this blog the name of your love seat beacause I have been searching for a sizeable love seat for my tiny studio my husband bought me for our 25th anniversary of marriage.and I want to start to decorate.thanks for sharing.Enjoy the moments spent living in your tiny home.take care Alina from Battle Creek Michigan

  5. thanks for all the comments! It’s actually $65k for everything you see and things you don’t see! Linens, dishwater all appliances and furniture, etc
And there is hanging storage on both sides of the couch/sofa bed area and also in the wheels hubs, and in each closet there is a pull out base with more storage.
And we also have an outside mini shed ūüėČ
Also, all of the toe kicks have storage drawers in them and also the 2nd loft area fits either a twin mattress or used for a ton of storage
Thanks for forwarding if you may know of anyone who has interest!
    Lisa

  6. Looks beautiful. Thanks for correcting the price. Couple of questions: Is there a washer dryer? the length? Lastly who built it? thanks so much. It’s one of my most favorites. Alice

  7. I love this. My husband and I are in the process of building a tiny house and are having trouble finding just the right sofa bed. Where was that one purchased?

  8. I was wondering. With exposed rafters is the roof insulated? If it is, I would remove them over loft. If not you will cook

  9. Love the loft ladder. Where did you get this? We need one for our new loft in our tiny house. Thanks!
