Favourite! Where did you find that sink?

This is a gorgeous home that oozes quality from every nook and cranny. The only thing that would concern me in living there would be the steps to the loft. They appear to be polished and rather slippery looking, but I suppose some rubberized treads could be added to make falling less likely?

This is IT. When I order mine I’ll specify an oven, dormers upstairs, and a hand rail for the stairs….. Gorgeous. Thanks for sharing.

Beautifully done! This is the kind of tiny house that is going to convince people, you don’t have to live big to live well.

I live in a THOW and always hear people say that they want more windows (bay windows, floor to ceiling windows, french doors with more windows windows windows!) But, with all the windows, as with this one, you have no wall space, no hanging space, no shelving space, and way less floor space! Most of the people that are building these tiny houses have obviously never lived in one! Not having wall space furthr limits everything.

On the other hand I do like the the fact that they didn’t leave exposed wood everywhere like many others do. Upkeep on bare wood is such a regular pain in the butt!

One word…. ELEGANT! This is very classy, high quality.

  • I need a place to sleep on the first floor and hand rails on steps.

I love it very much but, I would need a couch or at least two comfy chairs and end table for a second person or guest.

What is the cost of this home? I would have just a door for entry, and one less window. Would like more wall space to hang things or put up shelves or even space for a TV. How well does this handle to pull down the road? Is there room for a larger refrigerator? Does it have an oven?

  • Deb says:

I really like this but one thing for sure I would change is, the bottoms step(s). For a little extra added space in the living area, I would redesign the steps to come out and around, facing the kitchen. There’s enough room to get past them without tripping over them
