Really enjoyed looking at this unusual house. The windows are spectacular and I ‘m sure they meet the owner’s needs. I have a safety concern for this house: the axle placement appears to be centered under the house. This can cause severe tail swerve at highway speeds at the least and massive danger at the worst as the weight produces side to side movement. I am hoping this house was moved a short distance on private roads and then parked.
Dorothy, that’s my comment. I would love a tiny home on wheels, but I couldn’t climb each night to bed. I would love to see a tiny home for Seniors instead of 20+ folks. lol
The program is very good. Utilities and furnishings scaled exactly to meet need, with the rest given over to flexible space. That said, I’m sure this design could be tailored to the individual; I’d opt for low rails next to the bed (just in case) and something a little less like a climbing wall to address the bed. The important thing is to keep it uncluttered and spare to soak up all that space and light. Tranquil.
I have to give this a 9+. You could make it perfect with a little customizing to suit the individual.
What’s shown is lovely, but I’m having trouble figuring the layout. Is that a fully functioning kitchen . . . or just a sink?
This is more like it. Minimalist and elegant.

I don’t know how there are no comments yet – this is a fantastic example of careful and well executed design! What beautiful spaces. Great work!
I love the huge windows and doors but I could never ever climb to the bed area.
