Tiny house on a small island accessible by boat in Massachusetts. Photos and owned by Debra Demond Kokernak. More on the tiny house…
The entire tiny house was recycled except for the shingles and nails…front door from a local farmhouse….back door found on side of road, bottom rotted. My stepdad repaired….wooden windows from a customer of my sister who was replacing with vinyl windows..wood from a local sawmill that fell in a hurricane in our area last year…stones built on from the wall on the property.
GREAT photos. Great Looking. Something to be Proud of. It looks very well made. I would Love to see photos of the inside also.
Stage one of Skyrim house building.

Where exactly is this…and do u ever rent it out? 🙂
I’d love to chat with the owners about the legal aspect of this home. I don’t have to know where exactly it is. But I’m also a MA resident and would like to build a tiny home but there seems to be lots of red tape.
What a beautiful house! I too would love to see interior pictures. Very well done, and very impressive use of reclaimed materials!
