S’just luffly.
This is SO pretty! NICE WORK!
Beautiful work. One question. How do you get up into the loft?
He just Parkour up to the loft. Seeing how tight the space is for the fridge in the kitchen makes me wonder if you cold put a sliding door fridge in there and incorporate a chest freezer into the countertop somehow?
there’s a ladder in the 4th pic
Tiny but cute. I would be considering similar accommodations but I don’t think I would fit in some of the rooms and my kids would drive me nuts.
Cute..tiny..sweet home. It can be a dream stay for everybody, at least for me. Specially the outside dining facility
This one is probably one of my favorite I’ve seen, but I’d like the kitchen a bit wider, as the both of us cook together, and wouldn’t fit.
Super clean and function built.
This is amazing! It has everything you need.
I was just curious did you have to get a permit ? Was there any zoning concerns….
There are actually many advantages in having a small house. This one is simply beautiful!
moving to chico soon after 5 years i philippines how much
“They” (almost no one) talks about codes and permits and rules and regulations, For example, there are several Tiny Houses in Chico,CA, but their locations are “secret” so they don’t get “thrown out”. A Tiny House without a location is worthless, And I can’t find any information about this. My guess is that it is all “under the table” and surreptitious because it is all actually illegal. This is something people have to really think about before doing it. Putting the Tiny House on a trailer at least makes it mobile, and you can probably setup in pretty much any trailer park. I would also guess that California’s laws are fairly draconian compared to other states, as usual.
