Hey Becky, We are between Dublin and Macon. We would love to build one for you, we have a special until the end for July, a free washer/dryer combo with each home.

Sorry I didn’t answer your other question, the one in picture was built for a young couple that will be moving it to some land, our personal TINY house is set up at a local fishing and camp ground. At this time we still have the one pictured and can show it, if you would like to see it, just send me a email.

This is PERFECT! Do you guys ever do tours? I am a large woman (252 lbs) with limited mobility and I need to see how I actually FEEL in a tiny house before I take the plunge. I am headed to TN this week to tour a tiny home builder’s models, but yours is closer to what I want. It is fabulous.

Did you build or buy your tiny house? It would make a great place for all my amateur radios in my back yard. Love it.

This is a really nice build; well thought out and meticulously executed. Love the corner electric fireplace and the overhead storage cubby under-bed. Excellent job!

By far my favorite so far! Is there a more detailed write up anywhere? Denise, if you’re willing to share your contact information, I would love to correspond with you further.

Denise, i love your home i really do, But having said that, i have a problem with the corrugated metal showers i see being used in tiny’s. Can that metal be painted with a non flaking paint do you know? the thought of all the rust that will be there eventually makes me nervous about getting cuts etc. As a senior tiny dreamer i can’t afford to get cuts etc because of my bad heart and immune system. I love how well made the whole house is. Doors, cabinets, hidden storage in the kitchen etc. i do love this design of yours very much. just a couple of amall shelves by water heater and bam good to go. good job, very well done.

Hunter, Thanks for your comments. You could use a one piece unit for the shower. We custom make each home with your wants and needs in mind.

Great craftsmanship! I love all of the light natural wood that you’ve used in this home, keeping it bright and cheery. I can just imagine myself in the loft, reading a good book on a rainy night….just listening to the rain on the tin roof..

Hi Denise, I really like your use of space. Do you have a website for us to look at your other builds and what you offer? Thanks

I LOVE the fabrics used throughout this house. Where are they from? Thank you.

Hey Karen D. Thanks, I pickup things I like to stage the TINYs. Some from wal mart.

I was going to ask the same thing! I love the bed cover! I have been looking everywhere for that design. I also love the shower curtain. Is Wal-mart the only place you purchased your items? Thank you!

Your home is beautiful and I do want one. Have you seen any with domer windows on both ends and a bedroom downstairs? I would like to have the bathroom in the far back.

I love this tiny house. Would probably have to change a little because of loft bed. Might need bed on main floor. Love the fireplace. When I look at it, I feel like I would be in my home. Do not have land, so would probably park in a campground that does rent spaces out by month. I want a place that makes me feel at home.

Love the tiny houses! How long does it take to have one built? What about down payment? Financing? Is delivery arranged by the buyer? What is the longest TINY you will make? Thanks for the information…..I just want to learn more about the TINYs.
