This is not a house, it is a hang out den with a neat deck. No bathroom, no kitchen, (don’t count a refreshment fridge) No bedroom. Bet this is a lot of money for a deck. No thanks.

Has a bathroom. Look closely for the sink, shower, and toilet. When you order yours, I am sure you can put in all the elements you feel are missing from this one not designed for you personally.

      Did they change the pictures?

      DEFINITELY
has a bathroom with shower and apparently a functional kitchenette.

      I’ve lived with FAR less.

Love this! Wish we could see more of the interior, but the bathroom looks lovely and neat! Thanks for sharing!

There is a bathroom, with toilet & shower. The beverage fridge can be used for liquids as well as food. Add an electric 1 burner stove for cooking. The nook where the couch is looks big enough for a murphy bed option. The deck is amazing. This is a great house with some personal touches, it would be perfect.

Exchange the loveseat for one with a fold-out bed (if it isn’t one already) and this is a very functional guest house or even an efficiency apt. You can add a hot plate, microwave and toaster oven if needed. The wood siding is gorgeous, and I really like that there are actual steps up to the deck and not just a ladder.

  • Would like to speak to someone who built this.
