Hi Olga, I tried to find a way to pm you but couldn’t, so I will respond here. I live in my own tiny home (garage renovated into a studio apt) and am trying to find a teeny bathtub. May I ask who made yours? Thank you!

        Thanks,

Would like to know who and where you are and how much these cost.

    • Reply Margret March 30, 2016 at 11:01 pm

Absolutely love this lay out…… Wondering the cost, size and can a loft be added to the other side ( I have 4 grandkids) and from what area you work from. This would be my retirement home. And I have a best friend who I’d like to be my neighbor

I’m seriously considering downsizing. I had made a list of everything I would want in a tiny house and this is the best I have seen so far. A second story, with stairs and a bathtub!

I love it – really first class little house but …
Where is the bathroom on the first floor? –

    • Reply Katie October 31, 2014 at 12:41 am

The bathroom is behind the kitchen. I like the storage shelves on the front of the tub. Nice little house for us old folks like me!

    • Reply Rick November 1, 2014 at 2:34 pm

It’s at the end of the house with the round window. You can see more detail here: http://tinyhouse.heininge.com/

    • Reply Etienne November 4, 2014 at 12:10 am

It’s behind the kitchen. You see a single window looking out in the bathroom, and one below the stairs in the kitchen over the sink. There’s a picture of the side of the building where you see two windows on that side of the house.

This is probably my most favorite tiny house that I have seen to date. Impeccable design!

  • Reply Michele Weir October 29, 2014 at 9:30 pm

I was wondering the same thing. Can we see the half of the house that isn’t pictured? Where the bathroom is and the view from the bed out from the 2nd level??

would love the plans and or cut list and materials list……. this is literally what i have been looking for, since i got out of the army 4.5 years ago!

    Perfection.

  • Reply Red October 30, 2014 at 1:53 pm

What did it cost to build? Are plans available? Can you provide a list of materials and costs?

This will make an excellent guest house and sometime get away!

Love it!!! A loft space you can stand up in. One of the best tiny homes I’ve seen.

  • Reply Lisa S October 30, 2014 at 11:46 pm

Beautiful use of space and lovely finishes. The bathroom is behind the kitchen, off to the left.

  • Reply Tracey November 1, 2014 at 8:36 pm

These are really cute but the furniture looks completely uncomfortable for long term use!

  • Reply Sandra November 3, 2014 at 1:24 pm

  • Reply connie January 8, 2015 at 10:20 am

Outstanding…love the simplistic contemporary design and abundant storage!! This is a keeper.

  • Reply -billS February 6, 2015 at 4:57 pm

the only things I would add are a stacking washer/dryer in the bathroom (per their site the 24″ closet in the bathroom could be removed for this) a second stool under the table so two can sit/eat/converse and lastly, a ceiling mount TV that can be viewed from the bed. I would like to see a view from that angle. I can’t tell what’s above the couch. Is it storage? Can’t tell from the pic. Absolutely love this one! Well done!!!!!!!
