The Pearl boasts a modern design, inside and out. It is a work of precision and was built to be an extremely energy efficient structure using a variety of energy efficiency building envelope measures. It’s 90 square feet on the main floor and features a dining table that turns into a queen bed; it also has two lofts. It can sleep two people on the main floor and a 3rd person in the lofted sleeping space. The bathroom is a wet bath.
