While this house inside is not as pretty and neat as other tiny houses. this is a house i could actually live in. i am not neat, so carewise this house fits me…lol.
a decent size fridge, bathroom and the bedroom instead of a loft, all good.
i dont see a washer/dryer, thats one thing i would add.

I am staying in this tiny house as I write this. The interior photos are depicting the house exactly as it is. Barbara, the owner, did a thoughtful and lovely restoration of this 1940’s cabin. Just lovely – inside. The huge problem is the location. The property description is very deceptive. This Cape “beach shack” is not on the beach at all. It sits right on Rte 6A..really. To get to the beach, you have to run across a busy highway and walk through the yards of people across the street and after about 1/4 mile you are at the beach. So sad. We paid $1,000. For a week of listening to cars driving by all night. We are so close to the highway, we could be a toll booth. By the way, the address is also a bus stop, so we listened to the buses stopping and starting until very late. So sad such a lovely tiny house was so misrepresented.
