Absolutely gorgeous. There is a reason this is the iconic layout–because it works. Lovely finishing.

This might be fine if you’re very young; there is no comfortable place to sit. I can’t sit in a wooden chair very long.

In this kind of lifestyle you have to make do – the bed would be the ideal comfortable place to lounge

Nice one! Is that an additional closet next to the bathroom?

that’s where the washer/dryer combo would go, if you look closely, you can see the washer hook-up

Wonderful floor plan and execution in building. I especially like the kitchen setup and use of space. The only thing I’d change is 1′ more headroom in the loft area. I don’t know how tall the building is now, but it appears you could go 1 more foot with no problem. That 1 foot more in the bed area would make a world of difference.

Do you know the name of the pink paint? I love the color.
