    How much is this?

Creative but lacking cooking, refrigeration and lounging….

  • FYI, the house will be for sale later this summer, it currently is at Caravan–The Tiny House hotel in Portland, Oregon. We build this same model on a 12′, 16′ and 20′ trailer. You can contact us at http://www.shelterwise.com. Thanks and all the best on your tiny house adventures

  • Nicely done. Looks like you would need to pack everything in boxes for moving it though. Those dishes are likely not to stay on the shelves in transport. Do the bedroom windows pushout easily in case of a fire at the other end? Are they big enough for an adult to get out Of?

Is there a shot of the living area? I figure it is across from the kitchen, but do like this layout!

this is classy. I love it. I think i will build this little charmer for myself!

  • Any thoughts on the size of this trailer? this looks almost ideal for what I want to start with…

I love it. If a futon were used instead of the queen size bed, you would have a double bed as well as a daytime sitting and lounging area. Also a small microwave on the kitchen counter would take care of the cooking issue. What is the weight of the house?

Would the space over the kitchen sink be large enough for a single sleeping loft (with the head at the higher end) if it utilized part of the space over the closet?

Love the design, it’s clean, simple and it doesn’t look like an overgrown dollhouse like some other tiny homes! I would modify the bed area – I’ll make the bed full/double size but as a horizontal mounted Murphy bed so at least when bed is closed you have some living space. I can’t imagine 2 people living in it so even making the bed a twin will work using again the horizontal mounted Murphy bed design.
