I know this house. The annoying red head gives a tour of it on Deek’s YouTube page. I found her tire some. 20K is too much for this house as it is tinier than the usual tiny house. Wrap your head around that one. Annoying owners aside, this place is just very limited. I am also not fond of sleeping in a place that housed rabbits. These are dirty, dirty people. Lord knows what other creature they let roam around in that over priced thimble.

of course it is for sale. 2 people can camp in under 200 ft sq but not really live there if they have other choices. I do not see the point of this “home”. RV manufacturers do it better for portable housing. and manufactured housing is better designed etc than most small houses built by amateurs. I enjoy the spirit of adventure of these people even tho I deplore their product.

Why would you DEPLORE it? Perhaps you missed the video. They lived happily in it for two years, saved enough $$ for her to start her own business. TH living is not for everybody all the time, but nobody ever said it was.

I like seeing lived-in THs, as opposed to empty cookie-cutter models. This one looks cozy, and the 1776 barn wood ceiling is beautiful. I myself wld add a shower, which they discuss in the video. I’m also too old for a loft bed, but 24 yo me would’ve loved it.

The way things are going, young ppl & old may be prime TH customers, with a spell of larger house living in between. Makes sense to me.
