What type of wood is the shower base/grate made of?

  • Robyne says:

what is that part wall? abovr the bathroom??

    • Above the bathroom is a secondary storage loft. We built a cabinet essentially to encompass all of the utility elements like the solar and hot water heater. They are easily accessible, and yet still out of view.

  • Linda Steinfath says:

It appears to be extra storage

  • Natasha says:

nice design! loved how the wood grains are highlighted.

I’ve been led to understand all stoves need vent hood above.

Really nice layout & love so much about this home.

  • Sharon says:

Feels like home. The sofa/bed seems well designed and I love the live edge table and stools. Excellent design.

  • Beth says:

The entire layout is to my liking. Love the full kitchen, laundry layout. And I am one of those people who detest any sense of claustrophobia, so the white walls, white tile, white cabinets, are perfect for me. Love any tiny house that has stairs with built in storage.

Very nice. Love the sofa bed. And is that a storage closet in the second/small loft? Very nicely done.

    • Thanks Lisa! Above the bathroom is a secondary storage loft. We built a cabinet essentially to encompass all of the utility elements like the solar and hot water heater. They are easily accessible, and yet still out of view. There is still room in the loft to store other things as well. This way, all of the utility elements are out of view.

Good job! One of the best designs i’ve seen. So many are clearly not for people to live and cook in full time but this one has a great kitchen design. I also like when the bathroom is not in the kitchen.

This is really gorgeous, and well laid-out! I’m newish to the TinyHouse world, so I’m wondering — if it’s not too private — what the price range would be for this home or one similar to it…

  • Rai says:

What would the range of cost for this home be?

  • Rain says:

I love everything about the layout. If I build a tony house, this will be the layout I’d use, the only thing I’d change is I’d put in a couch that you could actually sit on for more than 20 minutes. I’d put in an RV style couch that are now found in the nicer campers. They actually have back support. I can’t imagine anyone with any sort of aches and pains of any level being able to sit on a foam pad couch for very long.
