    Nice house with a good size kitchen and bathroom for the square footage. Wish there were more pics of the sleep loft though. Wonder how much headroom is up there or if you could stand up fully.

    Nice open floor plan and great deck area.
    Beautiful hardwood floors!
    Very livable house with plenty of room.
    Not sure what the heating system is and I would rather have a gas stove to cook on, especially for power outages.
    I would call this house a WINNER for sure.

    Fantastic… I love the staircase and openness … was it hard to find land where you were allowed to build tiny? Were the building codes tricky at all?

    This is a near miss. It could have been excellent instead of ordinary. no shower. no interior stairs to lower level, which is where the sleeping quarters & more storage should be. The range is not vented, thus there is no real cooking done here. kitchen design is clumsy. lots of possibilities. Hopefully this works for the guy who built it for his needs.
