Cool design and definitely a different direction than most go with! I like the huge bathroom and dig the double bed loft! I am wondering though what is the heat source and where is it?

  • Julie M Ceigler says:

Is there no master bedroom, or does the master bedroom have double beds? Gunguru01, I saw what looks like an electric heater in the bathroom, but not anything elsewhere.

    • sc says:

If you look over the door on the end, I see some kind of a air conditioner and maybe heater.

      my thoughts..
*Wow, pyramid skylights! three of them! I had look the price up once, but cant remember. I have always read that skylights eventually leak , and this house has 4 of them. I wonder how much it will be to repair them in the future, i think it might be worth it though.

*If I had a large bathroom in a tiny house, i would insist on a bathtub. even an ofuro tub at least, or a steam box.

*I love white walls, but I think white interior needs a fireplace, even one of those tiny ones.

*I could have sworn this house was on Tiny House Hunting.

      * Another very nice AirBnB property. Really who would want to stay in a hotel these days with so many great options.

Patrick Romero, take a victory lap. Just amazing. Thank you for setting the bar higher.

  • 9418 says:

I really liked this one. Good job, Patrick.

  • Firestone says:

Blown away by the detailing. The bathroom is beyond wonderful. Assume there’s a fridge under the counter. Absolutely beautiful job.

  • Angela says:

I love this design especially the bathroom! That being said can someone please explain the need to have two entrances?! I envision a lovely bookcase or media area instead of a second door.

    • Brandon says:

Possibly for fire safety or to be able to enter/exit while the side porch is not extended?

      • Evan says:

Not very safe seeing both doors are obstructed when the bed is folded out. Also no exhaust for the gas range. Design must not only be aesthetically pleasing but functional/practical as well.

  • Michelle says:

I adore this! Perfect for my new business! What would the cost be?

  • Natalie says:

Patrick Romero has a stellar design eye. I really like idea of a generous bathroom that doubles as a dressing room/primary closet space. Tons of natural light supplemented by tons of accent lighting (in the bath closet, above the kitchen sink, in the nook, along the bulkheads, etc). Super.

    • sc says:

i dont like the idea of putting your closet in your bathroom and exposing your clothes to moisture, even with an air vent. The closet had better be air tight.

  • Emily says:

Lovely!! Anybody know where to get those dreamy skylights?

  • Eric says:

Who was the builder? Kinda wish that would also get posted. Also, interested in if it was self-built or there was a builder hired.

  • Robert says:

Way to go Patrick! Love every detail. The skylights are amazing, the bathroom is realistic, and it looks like a house (not someone’s tool shed.) Awesome job!

  • Daven says:

    How long is the trailer?

  • sam says:

I absolutely love it and would love to buy this one. Any way that could be worked out Mr. Romero? I own a small home in Oklahoma but had already made decision to go tiny. This is just what I was looking for. If you would consider my offer, please contact me. Hoping I hear from you.

  • Monica Sweere says:

    Stunning design, well done.

  • Brandon says:

    Beautiful, clean design. Bravo!
I love the skylights, bathroom layout and loft design. Very nice work.

  • Kimberly says:

HANDS DOWN best bathroom I’ve ever seen in a tiny house!!! As a foody, I would somehow rearrange the kitchen and not have the stove directly next to the sink … Other than that — fabulous!!!!

    • Elizabeth says:

I agree… actually, I would have a two or three burner stove top and ditch the oven though. Regardless, I think this is the best tiny house I have seen considering its size.

  • Lisa Hartford says:

Are those window covers solar panels or just storm covers?

  • Chris. says:

Very nice.Love the roof line.As TH Builder,i admire this. More Kitchen would be my only criticism.Love the fact of 2 doors and plenty of natural light . Back yard needs to be airbrushed ,or cleaned up. LOL.Well done . WeezaComin,Tiny Homes Kamloops BC.

  • Penny B says:

Love the attention to detail, for example the string of lights in the bedroom! Lots of natural light and windows. Excellent use of space!!!! Not cookie cutter like othets. Like others have said, nice bathroom 😉

  • Gabrielle Shannon says:

Patrick Romero Tiny House owner Sandy Utah- this is amazing !!!! I want it!!!!!! Do you build for others? Are you selling this one ?

Nicely designed, bright and cheery. Being a tall person, I have this overwhelming need to just keep the ceiling sloped and not have any beams across the sleeping area. You can only hit your head so many times before you start to display Berry Dingles. I mean – brain damage.

  • Kristina H Nadreau says:

house is a lovely design.. placed in a dump?? I would rather have a real built in bed where the sofa bed and table are placed. I alson would need either an auxilary building or someplace for some storage there is so little that I can see in the house. I do love the skylights. I have not found skylights to be a issue with leaking if they are high quality and properly installed. Most roofs will also eventually leak when not maintained.

    • signalfire says:

That’s NOT a dump – it’s firewood under tarps. Sheesh.

Stunning design and completely different from anything I’ve seen before. I’d buy this in a heartbeat.

  • hunter says:

Every body looks but no-one sees.those two doors=1 is a bathroom door the other is a door to the towel storage area. and yes there is a heater in the bath or a radio set up. over the single door is a cooling and/or heating unit. the house has double doors leading to the deck, coffee mornings sitting outside, and lockable when away. also the other door is also a fire escape route. this house is so innovative and airy. rope lights in loft bedroom, very creative! Patrick know that your house design is wonderful and numb skulls will ALWAYS find fault with anything new and differently made. Love the design and the bath is well thought out. Great job, cheers!

    • Vanyel says:

Before you insult others you should at least comprehend what they are writing. There are 2 doors going outside from the living room which, to aid you understanding of the pics is on the OTHER side of the house from the bathroom.

  • Maria says:

I would so buy this home!

  • Mary lynn says:

Hello, are you the builder of this wonderful Tiny House and do you build for others?

  • Lisa turner says:

How much would one of these cost fully furnished ? Love it! Want one!

  • Erin says:

  • Micha says:

This is beautiful. I want to make a tiny home so I can spend a chunk of my life traveling, but still at home!

Love the layout. It may just be perfect:)

  • Diane Rayburn says:

Unbelievable, what a wonderful design, I love everything about it. Unfortunately I’m 71 and live in Ontario Canada and it would have to be insulated for sure. Just wanted you to know what a wonderful job you did on it.

  • cacing utah says:

always i used to read smaller posts which as well clear their motive, and that is also happening with this paragraph which I am
    reading now.

  • mary rosendale says:

very pretty and clean design but I am seeing ZERO storage for clothes, shoes etc. Am I missing it?

  • Jeannine Wood says:

Heat/AC source is a question and also I see a stove and sink but where is the refrigerator?

  • BrokeDog says:

Give us some ballpark figure on the cost ???

  • Hans Josef Meyer says:

Where I can get it, or buy or order one? What price? Can it be shipped all over the world? To whom I can make contact?

  • Puddin Tane says:

Yeah, the bathroom closet is nice, but that seems to be the only storage. that’s great if you only have on pair of jeans, ut if you own a suit or a nice dress, there’s no place to hang anything.
