100 square feet tiny house on wheels…

My tiny house is on a 8 ft x 16 ft heavy duty 10,000 lb tandem axle trailer. It was framed using only new premium lumber. It has cedar siding and industrial strength heavy gage aluminum on the roof. Everything was screwed and glued using 3″ screws. There is not a screw in this home that missed target. In a combined 50 years experience between my foreman and I, we have never seen a home built so right!!! I put a lot of love into this tiny little home!

This is the best tiny house ever! I really like your choice of finishes and craftmanship. My college aged son was thinking about a tinyhouse for his senior housing! I love the idea! Thanks for adding the cool factor!
Some tiny houses look like something the uni bomber would have lived in- yikes!

I would love to feature a photo/s of your tiny house on my website – would you be willing to allow me to? My site will help tiny house owners (and owners to be) find the best prices on appliances for tiny houses.

  • Can I take this little cabin camping ? Is it legal to take on the roads?

  • The only thing I would add are dormers in the loft area for extra sitting room. Besides that your little house is the most efficient use of space eve, especially the kitchen. So many times I see these giant apartment size kitchens that take up most of the house. Your little kitchenette has all the necessary tools to bake, toast, cook, freeze, wash, store, prep and it takes up less than 1/4 of the footprint of the floor area. Bravo and thank you.

What size are those front windows?

Tell me this does the toilet slide out so you can get to the shower

Awesome! I agree with the previous comment about the kitchen and the efficient use of space! The only thing I’d change: I’d nest the toilet in the wall instead of having the lower storage cabinet behind the ladder. I might also add a skylight in the loft just for light and the illusion of openness, but that can be expensive. Well done!
