Just about perfect. Thank you. Love the washer. I might want a little larger fridge. I don’t need a gigantic bed.

That’s really nice. If you could, would you be able to say what it’s like to spend a Michigan winter in your tiny house?

That’s a lot of living in a small space. Easy to look at too. As for a Michigan winter, old schoolers hunted and trapped all winter with nary a bath, internet, Netflix or take-out pizza. I think anyone could winter over in this little gem.

That’s true Mike, but I was curious about things like…how much Propane does it use, do pipes freeze, condensation on walls etc… A few weeks of minus 30 is a whole new ballgame when you have to leave it all day to go to work. I only ask because I’m in the same area of the world. 🙂

very smart to ask the question, I am thinking more like 30 below since I am originally from Minnesota. I would be interested in the water supply for the washer dryer and equally interested to know why there is no flush toilet if there is water. A septic for a small house is not expensive, so are there some regulations prohibiting a septic? The garden looks lovely. Perhaps this is a summer house for a single person, which is very appealing.

If a flush toilet is used you have to have a septic tank installed on the trailer and yes they are expensive and have to be pumped out regularly. My question is how hard does the fridge have to work when the range is used??

Are there any tiny homes communities with homes for rent or sale? These would be perfect for me as I’m 65 and disabled with a retired service Dog but on a very tight budget so buying property is not an option. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.
