Would it be possible to get hold of some plans like this one just maybe a little bigger size? I like how everything is laid out and would like to know where the heater would go if there need be one.

With all due respect one would not live in that place, one might sleep in it or use it as a camper set up. Most people would go loopy in such a small poorly laid out tiny ‘home’.

I agree Beth. If it were a couple feet taller it could have a bed in a loft which would open up the downstairs and make room for a small table. The kitchen is too small too

      Marla,
This looks more like a thought or idea come to be. I like it and could see living in it provided I did more then stay inside four walls, which is pretty much the idea of small houses. It is to live in when the great outdoors is not calling and I am sure that this type of home is for living anywhere one wants without feeling tied down to just one location but still feel at home.

I think there are many different ways of living. One involves staying inside all the time. One involves using your house for the bare minimum of time inside, and the rest of life is work and play – outside. I think this little house works for the latter. Yeah, if it was raining, constantly, for weeks on end, and you didn’t have a covered porch or anything, yep, you are gonna go bonkers! But think about how much of our houses are unoccupied all day while we are out and about. And how much life we waste paying for that empty house. There has to be a happy medium that works for everyone.

One of the few designs that’s actually towable with a standard half ton. Some of the tiny homes would need a one ton dually with a diesel to move them! I like the layout. I have that same water heater, works great – do you vent it to the outside by opening the little window when it’s running? Well done. Can I ask approximate cost of this build?

I love this. Looks about as tiny as you can get and still be comfortable with everything you need.
