Very crisp and elegant design. The use of blue throughout balances the white panels and reclaimed wood nicely. I love the 1st floor master! The design is useful with a good flow. This is one of the better designs that I have seen. Great job.

Awesome Tiny House, could they build that on a slab instead I wonder? How wide is it looks about 10ft. Again Awesome. How much for this model, also?

  • June says:

What a lovely home. This is a city tiny house, and how I wish I could live in a city/suburban tiny house village. Love the kitchen, which is proportional to the tiny house.

Would like to see a video tour. Anyone out there have a link?

I love this place! We are in the market for a tiny home in the next few months. Just went under contract with our house, and can’t wait to dive into the tiny home lifestyle. This house is perfect! Where can we learn more about it? Definitely interested.

With so many Tiny Houses these days, it’s the little things that can make a difference. The stair lights are a nice added touch.

Love the bed, ground floor and not a loft bed.
    Great TH, Thank You.

Perfect for us..where can we get more info?

  • Renetta Corn says:

It’s almost perfect. The only thing keeping it from being perfect in my opinion is the toilet isn’t incinerating.

  • Henk de Wit says:

Q: what is the ridge height ?

  • Jeffery V Jasper says:

Love the floor plan, design and color scheme! Very crisp!

  • MaryM says:

Wow this is officially a 2- bedroom tiny house. NICE!

  • Dorothy says:

I think for me a lower bed would work better in the loft. The higher bed makes that ceiling seem too low.

I would probably leave the downstairs bed down most of the time and I can’t help but think how impossible it would be to make that bed! It seems to be right up against the far wall and there is just a tiny space at the foot and front side to maneuver.

The kitchen is very nice! I presume the table folds down or moves so the sofa/chair can be extended for sleep when needed.

  • Courtney says:

Love the kitchen back splash and that shower is HUGE for a tiny home. Definitely seems to be more room than in our Airstream.

  • Connie Murray says:

Very nicely designed. Like how the master bedroom is on the ground floor with no wobbly ladder to climb! Also no worry about hitting your head when sitting up suddenly or the smell of a pine “coffin” in that low loft. The kitchen is beautiful but I would make the two wall cabinets bigger — more storage for pantry items = less trips to grocery store (especially in bad weather). Like the appliances — very nice and a good size. The bathroom is perfect and gorgeous! On the steps going up to the loft I would put doors to secure the items — wood doors to hide them and maybe a shatter proof glass one to display some of the objects. All in all, an A++++ for this tiny house!

Closest I have ever seen to a ‘perfect’ tiny house……..how much? $?

  • Kim says:

I recently watched a tour video of thisTHOW the builder said price was $69,500.

  • Jerry says:

Just met this builder and toured the home today at a Tiny House Festival in Decatur (Atlanta), GA. Nice folks. They’re custom home builders who do tiny houses on the side. They say they can do basically anything you dream up. The price listed in the comment above ($69,500) is what I was told today as well.

  • Angel Washington says:

How can I get blueprints for this design?

  • Mea Cadwell says:

I would swap sides for the fridge and oven, you don’t want anything spattering from the stove onto the couch upholstery. Personally, I would definitely want more cabinet space up the kitchen wall. Also, if you had a full-sized couch/murphy bed in the downstairs bedroom, that could be used as a living area, the other couch could be moved out of the kitchen area to give more storage/other space there instead. (Any TV could be on a swivel to move up to the ceiling when one needed to get into the closet.) And the front area of the loft is an excellent spot to put in a little storage as well. Otherwise it is very, very well done.

  • TC says:

Can you tell me the colors you painted the kitchen cabinets, walls, and the accent color orange? I love this combo of colors. You made excellent choices!

  • Derek says:

what is the name of that blue and where can I get it?
