Is the bed platform on angle, or is it just the way the photo has been taken?

This wikihouse opensource program really excites me its just what Im looking for for my tiny house. I love that its modular which means I can add to it as my budget and needs dictate. As someone who is in her prime of life I have to think of the future and loft sleeping areas always has me slightly worried for my old age years which is the time that I think living small has more functional meaning.

    Great job!

This is awesome! I love the re-use of things! Excellent work!

  • This is an excellent use of recycled material! It’s really very practical and the interior can be arranged in almost countless ways. I think I would build two so that one could be a bedroom with a bathroom. This has really got my gears going.

  • That looks real cool. Great Job. 🙂

Good design but it would have water issues. There is a reason that external cladding is made shaped the way it is.

Do these folks realize that shipping pallets are often treated with chemicals to prevent the spread of pests? I would be concerned about using all this material on a home.
(USDA regulations require manufacturers to treat wooden pallets before shipping to prevent the spread of pathogens. They either treat pallets by fumigating them with methyl bromide, a toxic pesticide, or by heat-treating them in kilns)
